Stock futures added to gains on Thursday after Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc agreed to invest $5 billion in Bank of America Corp.

S&P 500 futures rose 10.3 point and were above fair value, a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract. Dow Jones industrial average futures added 87 points and Nasdaq 100 futures gained 0.5 point.
