Stock index futures held slight losses after S&P/Case-Shiller data showed home prices fell in December.

S&P 500 futures fell 1.1 points and were about even with fair value, a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration of the contract. Dow Jones industrial average futures rose 1 point, and Nasdaq 100 futures put on 2 points.
