FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - Markets in the US fell in line with the rest of the world. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.30% and the Nasdaq 0.09%. According to the FOMC minutes the recession is ending, but the recovery will be slow and vulnerable. Dollar fell across the board and against the Yen posted fresh 7-week lows.

EUR/USD is now holding above 1.4260. The pair jumped to test 1.4300 during the American session but failed to break above. The Euro recovered part of yesterday's losses. Still the direction of the pair remains in favor of the Dollar.

GBP/USD tested 1.6300 on Wednesday. The pair then fell finding support at 1.6250. Cable rose for the day but is still near 7-week low at 1.6110. Cable also rose against the Euro. EUR/GBP fell to 0.8745 from 0.8830.

Against the Yen, Greenback is extending it losses. The pair fell to 92.09 posting a fresh 7-week low. The pair finished the day below 92.50 for the first time since February.
