The Market is exercising a little bit of caution following the announcement that the U.S. Treasury will purchase toxic assets from banks. It sounds like a great plan but I think people might have some questions as to exactly how this would work, said Steve Butler, director of currency strategist from the Bank of Nova Scotia. With no new details released from the Treasury then what was released over the weekend, he said investors appear to be taking some profits.
