Record producer Marion "Suge" Knight, who is already in police custody in connection with a fatal hit-and-run case, faces a new felony charge stemming from a 2014 camera theft case, prosecutors reportedly said Wednesday. The 49-year-old was charged with making a "terroristic threat."

In the Sept. 5 incident, Knight and comedian Katt Williams were charged for allegedly stealing a camera from a female celebrity photographer in Beverly Hills. Both the stars have reportedly pleaded not guilty to the charge. Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Keri Modder reportedly said that the new count, related to the threat, was filed against Knight on Feb. 3. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 19, and if convicted, the co-founder of Death Row Records could face a sentence of 25 years in prison.

Knight has also been charged with murder and attempted murder for allegedly running over two men with his car last month. If convicted, the rap mogul could face life in prison. The entertainer is accused of intentionally committing the crime that killed one person and injured another. The incident occurred after Knight had a heated argument with Cle “Bone” Sloan. Sloan escaped with an injured foot, while Terry Carter, 55, who was not involved in the fight, was killed.

Knight pleaded “not guilty” to the charges during his arraignment at a Compton court last week.
