From beer cocktails like the Black Velvet to Hail Mary shooters and post-game margaritas, try out some of the best drinks for Super Bowl XVLI on Sunday.

1. The MVP Cocktail

  • 1/2 oz. rum
  • 1/2 oz. vodka
  • Pineapple juice

Shake rum, vodka, and juice over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.

2. The Blitz Cocktail

  • 1-1/2 oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. Lillet Rouge (aperitif wine)
  • 1 oz. Curacao orange liqueur
  • Splash orange bitters

Add ingredients to ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well until blended. Strain over ice.

3. The Black Velvet

  • 1 part Prosecco (sparkling wine)
  • 1 part Guinness

Pour into chilled glass and serve.

4. The Hail Mary Shooter

  • 1-1/4 oz. pepper vodka
  • 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • Splash tomato juice

Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into shot glasses and take repeatedly throughout inevitable questionable fourth-quarter calls.

5. The Postgame Margarita

  • 1 part tequila
  • 3 parts margarita mix
  • 1/2 cup or more crushed ice

Either whip in blender for a frozen margarita or simply combine in glass to have a margarita on the rocks. Rim glass with salt and garnish with a slice of lime.

6. The Flaming Shooter

  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 oz. amaretto
  • 1/4 oz. 151-proof rum

Fill pint glass half full of beer. Pour amaretto into shot glass. Carefully pour rum on top of amaretto, so that rum is floating on top. Light the shot on fire by touching it with open flame. Drop the lit shot into the glass of beer and slam.

7. The Strip And Go Naked Punch Bowl

  • 30 cans or bottles light beer (Keystone Light is recommended)
  • 1-3/4 liters vodka
  • 2 6-oz. cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

In a four-to-five-gallon drink dispenser, combine light beer, vodka, and lemonade. Stir gently to mix lemonade, put lid on dispenser, and serve.
