Every Super Bowl party has its staples: chili, chicken wings and all the dips you can imagine. But there’s myriad other snackable dishes you can prepare for Big Game bash. Here are five creative dishes for Sunday’s game between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks.

Potato Skins: It’ll only take about an hour and a half to bake these sour-cream-and-chive delicacies. They’re bite-size and full of flavor. The body of a potato combined with the savory flavor of bacon, cheddar cheese and butter is hard to resist. Not to mention they’re easy to make. Check out the full recipe here, via Chow.

Homemade Pizza: Is there any doubt that pizza is the single greatest food on the planet? Chips and salsa are great, but if you want to go above and beyond for your Super Bowl party, make some homemade pizza. It seems daunting, but it's relatively easy if you have a baking sheet and the right ingredients, which can really be anything you prefer. Veggie? Excellent. Every kind of meat imaginable? Perhaps even better. Two pizzas will take about an hour and a half to make, according to this recipe by Oh Sweet Basil.

Empanadas: Like many other Spanish and Latin American dishes, empanadas are extremely versatile. They’re essentially baked or fried pastries stuffed with any ingredients you desire, including beef, cheese or spinach. A crunchy empanada is like nothing else. Ten empanadas will take about an hour to make if you follow this recipe by Epicurious.

Stuffed Jalapeños: The spiciest plate on this list. Stuffed jalapeños are almost always made with cream cheese, but this recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction adds bacon, shredded cheese, garlic and smoked paprika. Take one look at the photos of these jalapeños and you’ll be on your way to the grocery store.

Chocolate Panini: You can’t make a list of Super Bowl recipes without a dessert to cap off the best day of American football all year. This recipe from Midwest Living says it will only take a half hour most to make this dessert, but you’ll need to get your hands on some challah bread or sweet bread if you want to follow the recipe perfectly. If not, there’s definitely ways to get around it. Boiled down its basics, it’s like a grilled cheese but with chocolate instead of cheese. Top it off with powdered sugar.
