Supermodel Kate Moss has bought a ?8 million historic townhouse in London's Highgate area in the same neighborhood as Jude Law and Sienna Miller. According to Curbed.com, the mansion was once home to physician James Gillman, who took in and later wrote about English poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge.

The mansion has seven bedrooms, a wine cellar, a 125ft garden, and is listed as under offer, according to Daily Mail.

Moss, who celebrated her 37th birthday on Sunday, has been reported to be embracing a healthy new lifestyle and wanting a fresh start.

Kate was completely fed up with her old house. She wanted to get out of there and the new house is beautiful. She is friendly with Jude and has been asking him about the area. He has been a big help to her, the Daily Mail quoted a source as saying.

Kate wants a fresh start and she is keen to have more children. This will be a fantastic family home.

Moss moved into her current home in Primrose Hill in 2007, where she resides with her boyfriend rock musician Jamie Hince and her eight-year-old daughter Lila Grace. Last May, her house was broken into where she lost three valuable pieces of artwork, followed by a bursting of water pipes in the basement that flooded the house and caused an estimated damage of ?100,000.
