The Miz is tagging in! According to reports, WWE star Mike “The Miz” Mizanin will take a break from the WrestleMania ring to dropkick some serious drama in an upcoming, wrestling-themed episode of “Supernatural" Season 11.

TVLine confirmed the exciting news, revealing that the 35-year-old professional wrestler would make his debut on the long-running CW series as a character named Shawn Harley. Shawn has been described as a talented “rookie on the rise” who has both ambition and a quick temper. And we’re hoping that lethal combination will assist Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) in defeating whatever big bad is terrorizing the ring.

It was revealed that episode 15 of the CW drama will focus on a deadly scandal surrounding the wrestling tour — the very same one Shawn just so happens to be a part of. TVLine reported in December 2015 that several athletes were said to have met their untimely fates on the tour, which is why a character named Rio (who plays the role of a wrestling manager) decided to call the Winchester brothers for help.

“The Real World” alum-turned-wrestler isn’t the only small screen star set to appear on the leg locking-installment. “Arrow” actor Stephen Amell teased his possible involvement on the show when he tweeted a photo of himself watching a rerun of “Supernatural.”

Amell is no stranger to throwing down in the ring. In 2015, the 34-year-old entertainer put on an award-winning performance during WWE’s SummerSlam when he and Neville took on Barrett and Stardust in a tag team match. Amell was even awarded a Slammy, in the category of “Celebrity Moment of the Year,” for going head-to-head with Stardust.

Here’s hoping Amell and The Miz will team up for a serious “Supernatural” smack down during Season 11 of the CW series, which is set to premiere on Wednesday, Jan. 20, at 9 p.m. EST.
