Meanwhile, the Brawns and Beauties talk strategy and they agree that a Brain has to go. Jason says Brawn will vote for Aubrey. Aubrey says she can sense their plan and compares the camp to high school. She considers starting trouble to find her way back into the game.

During the challenge, Julia takes the lead after Aubrey, Michelle and Cydney takes turns on the poles, but each repeatedly fall into the water. The yellow team takes the big win and Aubrey struggles with the loss. She laments to the cameras she feels she keeps making “bad decision after bad decision.”

When several of the female castaways go on a boat ride together, Scot and Jason reveal to Nick they’re worried about an all-girl alliance forming. They tell Nick they need to get arid of a girl over a guy. Shortly after, Nick approaches Julia about their suspicions and she confirms there is no girls alliance. Cydney, who sees Nick approach Julia, calls him out in front of Brawn for not being discreet. Jason claims Cydney is just being paranoid.

Immunity Challenge

Jeff announces the immunity challenge will have the players balance on a narrow perch while holding a handle behind their head. If at any point they let go of the handle or a foot comes off a porch, they’re out.

Tai struggles right away but remains strong, even went Jeff tempts the castaways with food. Jeff says those who feel they’re safe from elimination can give up their chance at immunity and enjoy a feast. Scot, Michelle, Jason and Joe take up Jeff on his offer.

After 30 minutes, Cydney and Tai remain. Tai says after going through war and a refugee camp, the challenge is nothing. After 40 minutes, Tai calls on Budha for strength. Cydney gives up after Tai notices she’s struggling and he wins individual immunity.

Back At Camp

Julia also warns Michelle that if they vote for Nick, Jason will be gunning for them.

Tribal Council

Jason and Scot tells Jeff, and jury member Neal, they're confident their alliance of seven is strong and they will not be blindsided by the vote. But when Tai lets it be known there is a super idol, it is made clear that Julia hasn't been completely kept in the loop in her alliance. Debbie warns Julia she's likely at the bottom of her alliance and should be careful.

The results reveal five votes for Nick and he's sent packing. He calls his first and last tribal council “bittersweet” and admits to the cameras that he came into the evening overconfident.
