Tuesday, the Statistics Sweden said in a report that producer price annual inflation in March rose to 4.8% in March from 3.4% in February. The annual rate stood above the consensus forecast of 4%. Domestic and export markets prices rose 1.4% and 8.1%, respectively.

From February, the producer price index was up 1% in March, larger than the 0.3% increase expected by economists.

Import prices climbed 2.7% month-on-month in March, taking the annual growth to 2.5%. Meanwhile, export prices rose 1.9% from the previous month.
