It’s could be possible that she is meant to be alone so she can focus on her career. 4. Who will Regina (Constance Marie) choose to be with?

Although Regina seems pretty serious when it comes to her relationship with Luca (Michael Galante) it’s hard to ignore that her ex-boyfriend Eric (Terrell Tilford) recently came back into her life asking her to run away with him. Eric plans to leave the country so he can raise his son without having to worry about the police and wants Regina to join him. Even though she told him she would not go it seemed like a piece of her still wanted to be with him. In the past, Regina has constantly doubted her relationship with Luca because of their age difference and was heartbroken when Eric left. Could she be considering a life with Eric now that they can finally be together?

It’s no secret that Toby (Lucas Grabeel) and Lily (Rachel Shenton) struggled when it came to how to raise Carlton. Although the couple is on good terms, will they be able to stay that way and have a happily ever after or will their differences split up their little family?

6. Will Daphne become a doctor?
