The second round of the 2012 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament is in full effect, and one title favorite will be on display this afternoon as No. 1 seed Syracuse (31-2) faces the No. 16-seeded UNC Asheville (24-9) at CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh.

The tip off takes place at 3:27 p.m. ET. The game will be television on Tru TV.

If you're looking to watch the game online, it can be seen on March Madness On Demand, which shows every NCAA Men's Tournament game for a one-time payment of $3.99.

The Syracuse Orange are led by Chris Joseph, a 6'7 senior who is considered a probable first round pick in the 2012 NBA Draft Joseph is averaging 13.8 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.

Guard Dion Waiters is also a key contributor for the Orange, who finished the regular season with the No. 2 ranking in the AP and ESPN/USA Today polls. Key big man Fab Melo, however, will miss the entire tournament.

Head coach Jim Boehim's squad had their 11-game winning streak snapped by Cincinnati on Sunday, but are still considered among the favorites to win the title.

Asheville made the tournament with the help of a trio of seniors. Guards Matt Dickey and J.P, Primm finished as the top scorers for the Bulldogs this season by averaging a total of more than 30 points per game. Senior swingman Chris Stephenson is also a solid scorer, and averages 6.6 rebounds per game.

PREDICTION: The Orange should jump out to an early lead and keep up the pace for the entire 40 minutes. Syracuse is simply too efficient to get upset this early. The Bulldogs held their own in losses to powers North Carolina and UConn early this seaon, so don't expect this to be a laugher.

PREDICTED SCORE Syracuse over Asheville, 79-60
