A German court ordered on Tuesday that iPhone sales in Germany will be made exclusively through T-Mobile, overturning an earlier injunction.

The ruling means iPhone customers will be locked into an exclusive two-year contract with T-Mobilke, a unit of Deutsche Telecom AG. In mid-November, Vodafone attempted to block T-Mobile from selling the iPhone exclusively, winning an injunction in a German court.

However today, a the Regional Court of Hamburg overturned the initial order.

T-Mobile began selling the iPhone in Germany on November 9. It sold 10,000 on its first day of availability. The phone is also selling in France and the U.K.
