T-Mobile on Wednesday started a new promotion that allows users to get a $100 T-Mobile prepaid MasterCard if they purchase both a Samsung Galaxy smartphone and a Galaxy tablet. TMO News said the Samsung smartphones covered by the deal include the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, and Note 4 and Note Edge. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 are the tablets covered by the deal.

Users are not required to purchase both products on the same day. They can buy the second Samsung device within 30 days of buying the first product. Both devices must be purchased through an EIP (equipment installment plan). Also, users need to activate a postpaid plan on the second device.

Phone Arena claims that by paying $10 per month, tablet users will be able to get the same amount of data -- up to 5 GB -- that is available on their T-Mobile phone. Alternatively, users can opt for the “Best Tablet Plan in Wireless.”

In order to get the $100 rebate, payments for both Samsung products should be up to date. After the rebate is processed, the customer will receive a prepaid MasterCard. Tech Times reports that after meeting the conditions of the deal, buyers can email the purchase receipts to T-Mobile and then receive the prepaid card within eight weeks.

As of this writing, the expiration date for the offer was not known. Ubergizmo added that the deal is perfect for anyone who wants both a Samsung smartphone and tablet.
