RTTNews - Taiwan's leading index rose 2.3% month-on-month in July to 97.3, the Council for Economic Planning and Development said Thursday. This comes after a revised 1.7% growth in June.

The annualized six-month rate of change rose by 5.7 points to 11.3%.

At the same time, the coincident index climbed 2.7% in July to 95.1, after a 2.4% growth in the preceding month.
