Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have finally ended their bitter breakup feud. After making headlines over their messy split, the “Blank Space” singer and Scottish DJ are supposedly friends again.

Sources told TMZ that shortly after Swift and Tom Hiddleston ended their short romance, Harris and the 26-year-old singer started contacting each other again. It’s not clear who broke the ice and reached out first, but the outlet reported that Swift and Harris’ interaction is strictly via text messages. They have not talked on the phone or seen each other in person since their May breakup. Sources also said that Swift and Harris have no intentions of rekindling their romance.

Not long after Swift and Harris called it quits, the “Bad Blood” artist started dating Hiddleston. She also found herself at the center of Harris’ wrath after her rep revealed that Swift co-wrote the DJ’s song “This Is What You Came For” under the fake name Nils Sjoberg.

Harris confirmed via several tweets that Swift did help write the song, but blasted the singer and her team for trying to publicly destroy him. “I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals through. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym,” he began, adding: “Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though. I figure if you’re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do.”

During an interview with GQ this month, Harris dished on his romance with Swift admitting that he regretted going off on his ex on the social media site. “It’s very difficult when something I consider so personal plays out very publicly. The aftermath of the relationship was way more heavily publicized than the relationship itself,” he said. “When we were together, we were very careful for it not to be a media circus. … But when it ended, all hell broke loose. Now I see that Twitter thing as a result of me succumbing to pressure. It took me a minute to realize that none of the matters. I’m a positive guy.”

Even though Swift and Harris took a big step towards patching things up, doesn’t mean they plan on getting back together. Sources told Entertainment Tonight a few weeks ago that Harris is enjoying the single life and knows he and Swift weren’t a good match. “Adam is single. He is dating a few different women. Nothing has stuck. He is not looking for relationship at all, just fun times with friends. Adam is in a much better place after the breakup with Taylor,” the source said. The source added that Harris realized he and Swift weren’t a “good fit” but he “wishes her the best.”
