Taylor Swift is not afraid to show her funny childhood pictures and even posted a Halloween costume throwback on Instagram.
Swift uploaded a cute black and white picture on Instagram, which showed her dressed as one of the Teletubbies. In the photo, Swift was grinning as waved to the camera while holding onto a small Teletubby plushie.
“When you dress as the yellow teletubby for Halloween but it's before Teletubbies got huge," she captioned the image. "So all the kids at school ask you why you're dressed as a yellow pregnant alien.”
The “Shake It Off” was channeling her inner “Laa-Laa” then, which was the name of the yellow Teletubby.
The Teletubbies was a children’s show that aired on BBC from 1997 until 2001, stated Entertainment Tonight. During the years that the hit TV show aired, Swift would have been between 7 to 11 years old.
Meanwhile, the multi-awarded singer and songwriter recently made a young girl’s dream come true. Swift met 6 year old Taylor Rayburn backstage during her Atlanta 1989 concert, People magazine reported. Rayburn, a big Swift fan, was diagnosed with rare form of kidney cancer. Rayburn’s parents decided to treat their daughter with a surprise weekend trip to Atlanta to see Swift’s 1989 concert. After the concert, Rayburn met Swift backstage were the two posed together for adorable pictures.
Swift is currently busy completing the last few months of her 1989 concert tour. The “Bad Blood” singer has been surprising her fans with the appearances of stars and celebrities on her 1989 concerts. Her most recent guests included Ricky Martin, Pitbull and Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade, according to Entertainment Weekly.
The three celebrities joined Swift on stage during the Miami stop of her 1989 concert series held Tuesday. Pitbull performed “Give Me Everything” during the concert, while Martin sang “Livin La Vida Loca.” Wade, on the other hand, presented Swift with her very own Miami Heat jersey.
