Taylor Swift was not seen in the spotlight for quite a while, but the “Shake It Off” singer was doing good. In fact, she performed an acoustic version of her latest track with former One Direction member, Zayn Malik for “Fifty Shades Darker.”

Entertainment Weekly shared a footage of the “Bad Blood” singer with her signature red lipstick and guitar singing the acoustic version of “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever.” The said performance was part of Swift’s Super Saturday Night concert in Houston, which was held in partnership with DirectTV Now and AT&T on the evening prior to the Super Bowl. You can watch the clip below.

On the said show, Swift announced that she would not tour this year. “By coming to this show tonight, you are attending 100 percent of this year’s tour dates,” the “Blank Space” singer said.

Many have noticed that Swift had been M.I.A. in the past months. The “Love Story” songstress did not post any candid photo with her friends as well since Thanksgiving 2016, E! News noted.

There were speculations that Swift was busy writing, producing and recording a new album as a follow-up to her mega-hit album “1989.” Her BFF, Ed Sheeran hinted that the songstress could indeed be releasing a new album.

“Taylor [Swift] isn't going to be releasing until probably the end of this year - Christmas is the smartest time to release because that's when everyone buys records. So I've got a full year of just all Ed, all the time,“ the “Thinking Out Loud” singer told BBC.

However, some believed that Swift was choosing to keep her whereabouts private lately because of an obsessed fan. Early this month, PageSix reported that one supporter named, Mohammed Jaffar, 29, stalked Swift for months.

On different occasions, Jaffar entered the building of Swift’s condo and buzzed on her door for an hour straight. He returned the next day and rang the bell for 45 minutes. Jaffar also called Swift’s management 59 times between Jan. 27 and Feb. 16.

Jaffar was busted on March 6 on stalking and burglary. He was held on $20,000 bond. Also, Judge David Frey signed an order barring him from any contact with Swift.
