Country music star Taylor Swift is planning to sue a Web site for trademark infringement over alleged leaked topless photos.

Celebrity Jihad posted a photo of a woman who bears a striking resemblance to Swift, claiming it is indeed a leaked photo of Swift lying topless on a bed.

The Web site's reasoning the photo is absolutely Taylor Swift?

After careful examination of this photo ... the wood paneling on her bedroom walls suggest that she is in some sort of top-of-the-line trailer (possibly a double-wide), which only a hoity-toity country star like Taylor Swift would splurge on, Celebrity Jihad wrote in the article. Add to that, the fact that the girl in the photo has strawberries on her panties and Taylor Swift has been known to eat strawberries.

TMZ reported on Sunday that Taylor Swift's legal team is planning to sue Celebrity Jihad for trademark infringement for the article entitled Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked? A letter was reportedly sent to the Web site, which spread the false pornographic images and false news about Swift, and asked it be taken down.

Since word broke out that Swift made swift moves to sue, Celebrity Jihad fired back, saying she is waging war against our holy Muslim celebrity gossip site.

Taylor Swift clearly brought this upon herself by running around without a burka, exposing her lanky bird-like figure in public, the Web site said in its rebuttal. Not to mention her sexually suggestive song lyrics, which include Taylor advocating running off to meet boys 'on the edge of town' without a male relative to chaperone.

Taylor Swift, currently on tour in Memphis, Tenn., for a performance on Sunday and to promote her first fragrance, Wonderstruck, has not commented on the leaked topless photo scandal. Swift will reportedly release a new album in late 2012.

This is not the first incident of exposure for the country singer, as Taylor Swift was the victim of a wardrobe malfunction in August during a performance, which was caught on video.
