The tween elite gathered on Sunday night in Los Angeles at the Gibson Amphitheater for the 15th annual Teen Choice Awards 2013 with stars like Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Nina Dobrev scoring big on and off the red carpet.

The event honoring teen-favorite films, television, music and sports stars kicked off with a red carpet was packed with celebrities like Cyrus, who picked up three awards, in a bondage style ensemble from the Fall 2013 Saint Laurent collection and Lovato, who also scored three awards in a blazer, white tee and patent leather leggings with stiletto-heeled boots.

Wearing a smile for the evening along with a pink Oscar de la Renta dress, “Glee’s” Lea Michele accepted the award for Choice TV Actress and gave a heartfelt speech about the late Cory Monteith, who died from a drug overdose last month. "I just wanted to be here today to personally thank all of you and tell everyone out there how much all of your love and support has meant to me over these very past difficult few weeks," she said. "For all of you out there who loved Cory as much as I did...I promise you we'll get through this together."

One best dressed of the night was Selena Gomez, who stunned in a Cushnie et Ochs creation. The 21-year-old singer also scored awards for Choice Breakup Song, Choice Music Star and Choice Hottie for the night. Newly single Nina Dobrev stunned in a J. Mendel top and pants outfit as she accepted her award for Choice TV Actress in a Fantasy/Sci-Fi.

Co-host of the Teen Choice Awards, Lucy Hale, was also a big winner for the night, scoring the Choice Summer TV Star Actress award for her role in “Pretty Little Liars.” The 24-year-old wore a Houghton cropped top and skirt paired with Stuart Weitzman shoes. Her co-star, Troian Bellisario, also won an award for Choice TV Actress, Drama in an Elisabetta Franchi dress.

Other best dressed stars included Gabby Douglas, who looked radiant in yellow when she won Choice Female Athlete, Kerry Washington in Stella McCartney, Chloe Grace Moretz in Christopher Kane, Hailee Steinfeld in House of Holland and Brittany Snow in a long-sleeved brocade Oliver Tolentino minidress.

In a moment which undoubtedly will end up on Joan Rivers’ “Fashion Police” segment, “Bitch Stole My Look,” both Bella Thorne and Lily Collins showed up matching in Fausto Puglisi palm tree designs. The “Shake It Up” star wore a long sleeved dressed by the Italian-American designer while the “Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" star opted for a high-low palm tree skirt paired with a black cap-sleeved top.

Then, of course, there was the bad. Jenni "JWoww" Farley of "Jersey Shore" fame definitely score the worst dressed of the night in a white glittery high-low dress that would have been better suited for wrapping gifts.

But we have to hand it for Rebel Wilson, who won for Choice Movie Actress for a comedy, for showing up in a wet-suit with her name embossed on the chest; It was a playful way for the “Pitch Perfect” funny girl to poke fun at those giant surfboard trophies, but still worst dressed, indeed.
