“Teen Mom 2” lead Jenelle Evans will be getting married in September. MTV

“Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans is already a mother-of-three, but could a fourth bundle of joy be on the way? The MTV reality star took to Twitter to address the rumors after celebrity blogger Perez Hilton questioned if Evans was expecting her second baby with fiancé David Eason. She has two other children, both sons, from previous relationships.

She shared the tweet from Perez Hilton that asked Tuesday, “@PBandJenelley_1 You're pregnant again???”

Evans gave a vague answer. “Idk am I ?!” she wrote. “You guys seem to know more than I do these days.” Though the reality star was seemingly being sarcastic, she didn’t deny the gossip either.

A potential pregnancy isn’t the only thing Evans opened up about. The “Teen Mom 2” star sat down with E! News' Ken Baker Tuesday to talk about her struggle with addiction and her tumultuous relationship with her mother, Barbara.

“I think my low point was with my drug issue and the whole heroin thing,” Evans said. “I almost overdosed and died. I was trying to run away from my problems. Then I almost overdosed with my ex, Keiffer. ”

“God knows what would have happened,” she said about not getting clean. “I might have been dead. No one knows.”

Evans battle to stay clean has been one of the major story lines MTV followed. She lost custody of her eldest son, Jace, when she signed away her parental rights to her mother.

“I think our relationship is lost,” she said, adding they likely won’t be able to mend their relationship.

When Evans finally decided to detox, she knew she didn’t want to go back to using drugs because of the intense withdrawal symptoms she experienced. “When I started withdrawing for the first time in my life, I was like, ‘This is not the way I want to live. This is scaring the s--- out of me, and I need to get help right now,’” she said.

She credited Eason with helping her get sober. Now, she’s ready to take back custody of her son, Jace. But that means taking her mother back to court. “[Barbara] knows if she gives him to me that I will cut her off,” Evans said about Jace visiting with his grandmother.” That will be it. She's scared.”
