Things appear to be getting serious for “Teen Mom 2” star Leah Calvert and her new boyfriend, T.R. Dues. Just days after reports suggested that the MTV reality star had moved on from her allegedly failed marriage to Jeremy Calvert, rumors have surfaced claiming the newfound couple is planning to take the next big step in their romance. And no, we're not talking about marriage!
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup is reporting that Leah, 23, and T.R., 32, are house hunting together. Their real estate search comes one week after Leah was released from Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehabilitation facility for treatment for her rumored issues with depression and drug use. Prior to Leah’s leave, the couple was said to be shacking up in Leah’s mom Dawn’s home in West Virginia.
The “Teen Mom 2” star is said to be looking for a home to rent near the Charleston area. She will reportedly live there with T.R. Dues and her three daughters, 5-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah, from her first marriage to Corey Simms, and 2-year-old Adalynn, whom she shares with Jeremy.
And that’s not all! Leah is not only moving in with her new boyfriend, it appears she may also be allowing him to star alongside her on "Teen Mom 2." One source told The Ashley that T.R. has informed potential landlords MTV will be filming at their new home.
“That has caused some problems because people have seen the show,” said an insider, adding that landlords are not interested in being “involved with all the drama” that comes with “Teen Mom 2.”
So, why is Leah moving in with her new beau so soon? The Ashley claims that Leah is “relatively broke.” Viewers will remember that Jeremy, a pipeline engineer, was the primary breadwinner when the couple was married. While Leah dabbled in school and part-time work on the show, she was mostly featured staying home to take care of her three daughters, mainly Ali, who suffers from muscular dystrophy.
Leah finalized her divorce from Jeremy on June 8. Two weeks later, several reports were released stating that Leah was dating T.R., a single dad of two. The duo first met in May after MTV hired the self-classified “drill specialist” as her personal trainer.
Will T.R. make a cameo on “Teen Mom 2” Season 6? Viewers will have to tune in to find out! The new season premieres Thursday, July 9, at 10 p.m. EDT on MTV. Check out the "Teen Mom 2" Season 6 trailer here.
