For several weeks “Teen Mom 2” star Leah Calvert has been fighting rumors she has an illegal drug habit, but fortunately for the MTV star, it’s a recent report that may finally clear her name. Ahead of her December 2014 court hearing with ex-husband Corey Simms regarding the primary custody of their 5-year-old twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah, the reality star reportedly took a drug test.

Following rumors of the 22-year-old mom of three’s alleged drug use -- which is said to have included, not was not limited to, buying a weekly supply of up to 40 illegally-obtained pills -- some viewers may be timid to believe the MTV starlet is drug-free. However, according to a report from InTouch, she passed the recent test with flying colors.

“She was a nervous wreck,” a source told InTouch via Radar Online of Leah’s hair follicle exam. “When the results came back, she was ecstatic.”

While it’s unknown whether or not Leah was ordered to take the drug test ahead of the custody trial, Corey, 25, has previously made his suspicions about his ex-wife and co-star’s rumored habit known. Leah also previously admitted to feeling “super drowsy" after taking a prescribed anti-anxiety medication in one Season 4 episode.

“We’ve heard rumors about the medication stuff and I didn’t like that,” Corey said during the “Teen Mom 2” Season 5 reunion in October. “It’s Leah’s life, but it’s my daughters.”

Fortunately for Leah, a clean test was not the only thing she received following the drawn-out custody battle. In December, Corey’s attorney, Rusty Webb, revealed to Radar Online that a Kanawha County Court judge had granted the West Virginia mom and his client a fairly equal custody agreement. Webb said that Leah would care for the girls four nights a week while Corey and his wife, Miranda, would have the children for three evenings a week.

“They’re both very happy,” Webb said. “Everybody is getting along.”

So what is Leah up to now? Following her court date, the “Teen Mom 2” star is reportedly focused on her daughters -- she is also mom to 1-year-old Adalynn Faith -- and her relationship with husband Jeremy Calvert, 25. Despite ongoing rumors of her impending divorce from the pipeline engineer, and one highly-publicized cheating scandal, insiders claim the reality couple’s marriage is back on track.

“She’s telling everyone she’s determined to make a complete turnaround,” an insider told InTouch. “She’s ready to clean up the wreckage from her past.”

Viewers will get to catch up with Leah and the rest of the “Teen Mom 2” cast when Season 6 of the hit docu-series returns to MTV later this year.
