It’s no secret that “Teen Mom 2” star Leah Messer is a fan of inspirational quotes. Following her appearance at the MTV reality show’s dramatic Season 6 reunion show taping in Los Angeles over the weekend, the mom of three took to social media to share two particularly telling sayings with her followers.

The MTV star tweeted about “hard times" on Sunday night, a post which comes on the heels of her divorce from her second husband, Jeremy Calvert, and his decision to bring his new girlfriend, Brooke Wehr, to the taping.

“Everything struggle you had in your life shaped you into the person you are today. Be thankful for the hard times they can only make you stronger,” Leah wrote to her 1.17 million followers. “So true!!” she captioned the post. The 23-year-old later posted the quote “Don’t let someone else’s opinion of you become your reality.”

While Leah’s latest tweets have some fans speculating she is struggling following her divorce from Jeremy last month, the “Teen Mom 2” star appeared bright and cheery on Saturday. “#BigDay,” she captioned a shot of herself smiling and posing backstage with her makeup and hair done and wearing a blue dress. While the reality star was all smiles in the picture, she admitted to her fans she would rather be sporting a “messy bun and rubbing my eyes freely.”

Leah didn’t dish about the behind-the-scenes drama during the “Teen Mom 2” reunion show, but that didn’t stop other members of the cast from doing so. According to the Ashley’s Reality Roundup Leah’s ex-husband Corey Simms shared a photo of himself out on the town with Jeremy, Brooke and his wife, Miranda. The site claims that Corey, who deleted the post, labeled the photo #LifeAfterLeah.

Corey has since tweeted to his fans, saying, “If you only knew.” He followed up his cryptic tweet by teasing some forthcoming drama on the reunion show.

“Teen Mom 2” is only two episodes into Season 6 so it will be awhile before the reunion special airs. In the meantime, fans can catch new episodes Thursdays at 10 p.m. EDT on MTV.
