Briana DeJesus is just one of the “Teen Mom” stars that went under the knife for Dr. Miami’s “Super BBL Sunday.” The celebrity doctor, whose real name is Michael Salzhauer, Snapchats his surgeries with the consent of his patients. However, Sunday was his biggest day in the operating room when three MTV reality stars agreed for him to perform plastic surgery procedures on them.

DeJesus, 21, underwent a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, a breast augmentation and a labiaplasty, which is “where they take the extra skin from your private area and remove it," she told Radar Online in an exclusive interview before the surgery Sunday.

DeJesus further explained the labiaplasty, or vaginal rejuvenation. "It's like extra skin down there that I don't think is necessary, so I'm just going to snip it up and tie it up and have a cute vagina," she said. "When you get pregnant, your body changes. So I wanted to go back to my pre-pregnancy body."

So why is she undergoing all the procedures? Even though DeJesus said she has a “nice body,” she wants “it to be perfect.” She added: “I want to be a cool young mom.”

It’s was only a few months ago she had her first plastic surgery-- a breast augmentation. Before Sunday’s surgery they were a C, but she wanted to go bigger.

As for the Brazilian butt lift, which is when excess fat is liposuctioned and placed in the bottom, DeJesus said perfection was her motive. "I like my butt now, but I just want to have everything to be perfect,” she said.

But going under the knife didn’t come without trepidation. "It's kind of scary," she told Radar Online. "I'm so nervous. Dr. Miami told me that when I wake up, I'm going to feel like a semi-truck ran over me a few times."

DeJesus’ rep said the surgery went well. The Orlando, Florida, native is healing in Miami under the care of her mother and aunt. She will spend two weeks there until she can travel back to Orlando. It will take six weeks for the bruising and swelling to subside.

The other “Teen Moms” who underwent procedures were DeJesus’s sister, Brittany, and “Teen Mom 2” star Kailyn Lowry.
