Farrah Abraham, best recognized from being on "Teen Mom" after becoming pregnant with her daughter Sophia while she was still a teenager, answered questions live on Ustream via Twitter while the newest episode of "Teen Mom" premiered on MTV.

The "Teen Mom" relayed to Internet viewers what was going on during the episode and simultaneously answered questions posed to her via Twitter.

The first questions asked Farrah were regarding her daughter Sophia. One viewer asked how her daughter was.

The young mother said Sophia is doing great and is currently residing in Omaha with Farrah's grandmother while she is in Miami.

When a Twitter user asked, "What is your favorite food to cook?" she replied that she wants to open her first restaurant in Omaha, and she loves to cook Italian and Asian cuisine. Pasta and cannoli's are "her thing."

The "Teen Mom's" next question came from Facebook, where a commenter asked Farrah how she was able to cope with leaving Sophia with a babysitter when she went to school. She responded that the best way to feel comfortable with leaving your baby at home comes when a person finds a sitter that he or she feels at ease with.

Farrah Abraham was recently in the news after she released a poorly received single.

She was also accused of abusing Adderall, Xanax and alcohol according to a "close friend" of the "Teen Mom," Austin Mathouser, who spoke to Radar Online.

"When she was in Hollywood to celebrate her 21st birthday we partied at Geisha House and Kiss Lounge in Beso," Austin said.

"All throughout dinner and the club she talked about how she does Xanax and Adderall to stay up and energized. She frequented the bathroom that whole night taking them to stay up."

"She got very drunk. She was grabbing on guys and girls, and even hit one guy that didn't want to dance with her," Austin said.

"She got really sloppy and was throwing her drinks around and yelling."

According to the gal pal, Abraham not only uses the prescription drugs to stay awake, but also when she goes to events.

"Farrah said she does Adderall before every event that she attends," Austin said.

In her new book, "My Teenage Dream Ended," Abraham admitted to drinking and using marijuana and cocaine to drown her sorrows after the father of her child, Derek Underwood, was killed in a car accident. She even candidly admitted to contemplating suicide, Radar Online reported.

"It's sad because she has a little one. Sophia should be her 'high,' her enjoyment and happiness," Austin said.

"I've personally lived with drug addicts, and it's not fair to the child at all."

The "Teen Mom" has not publicly responded to Austin's allegations of continued drug abuse.
