Catelynn Lowell is on her way home after receiving treatment in an undisclosed Arizona facility. The MTV “Teen Mom OG” star’s husband, Tyler Baltierra, announced he and their daughter Novalee were getting ready to board a plane to pick up the 24-year-old.

Tyler made the announcement on Instagram Saturday night, writing a sweet message about how much he missed Catelynn. “Me & Tootie are off to Arizona to go get @catelynnmtv I can’t wait to come home with my wife & my whole family together again,” he captioned a photo of him and Nova. “This past month has been a little rough by myself, but nothing I wouldn’t do all over again for my family. Cate’s health, safety & security, has & always will be my main priority. I love you Babe & can’t wait to kiss your face & hold you in my arms again! #BaltierraFamilyStrong.”

Earlier this week, Catelynn took to Twitter to share an update with fans, telling them that she was “doing great.” “Best decision I have ever made for myself,” she tweeted. “I’ll b home soon #thankyouforyoursupport.”

According to Us Weekly, Catelynn was receiving treatment for mental health issues. On this past season of “Teen Mom OG” Catelynn was diagnosed with postpartum depression after giving birth to Nova in January. She also opened up to a therapist about struggling with anxiety and depression.

During the “Teen Mom OG” reunion, Catelynn admitted to host Dr. Drew that she had once contemplated suicide because she didn’t know how to deal with her depression. “I [couldn’t] even emotionally or physically take care of my own self,” she said. “I remember sitting in the bathtub and thinking, ‘I’m not waking up another day feeling like this.’”

On March 16, Catelynn posted a photo of her on a plane writing that she was headed to Arizona for help. The reality star denied reports she was entering rehab, explaining that she wanted to get “back to my normal self.” She added, “This is for me and my family. Novalee and Tyler, I love you both very much!”
