* Telefonica sees outlays in 2010 of $1.27 bln

* To benefit Internet, wireless, call center services

BRASILIA, Feb 22 - Spain's Telefonica (TEF.MC) plans to spend 2.3 billion reais ($1.27 billion) in Brazil in 2010, little changed from the 2.2 billion reais the previous year, Antonio Carlos Valente, the company's chief executive in the country, said on Monday.

So-called capital expenditures will probably reach 3.5 billion reais in 2010, including investments by other Telefonica units in Brazil, Valente said. The units include Internet provider Terra, call center services provider Atento and wireless phone company Vivo (VIVO4.SA), a venture with Portugal Telecom (PTC.LS).
