Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice’s freedom is not the only thing on the line following their upcoming court hearing. Rumor has it the couple’s starring role on Bravo’s reality-TV series “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” is also at risk. Ahead of the couple’s sentencing Thursday for multiple fraud charges, Reality TV Magazine is reporting that Giudice, 42, might be axed by the network for her legal issues.

“Giudice may very well be on the chopping block with Bravo,” reported the gossip site. Giudice, who has starred with her family on the program since 2009 and whose court battle is currently a leading storyline on Season 6, is reportedly hoping to be granted a house arrest sentence as opposed to prison time in order to continue filming the series. People magazine reports that the reality star, who pleaded guilty to several counts of their combined 41-count indictment in March, is facing up to 27 months in federal prison for mortgage and bank fraud. Joe Giudice, is speculated to be sentenced with 37 to 46 months behind bars. Bravo has yet to comment on Giudice’s future with the network.

Giudice last commented on her legal issues Thursday, telling her fans on her BravoTV.com blog that she was unable to discuss the show’s coming episodes in an effort to prepare for her legal battle. “Wow. I really have so much to say. I will share but I’m getting ready for the biggest day of our lives. I will be sharing when I can. Now is the time I need to focus on the next ten days and not comment on the episodes,” she said. “I love the show. I love my fans. I will be telling you all along with my Bravo family very soon.”

Ahead of the couple’s court date, Radar Online reported that the pair celebrated with a “Stay Strong” party at Pure Lounge in Parsippany, New Jersey last weekend. Despite their lingering sentencing, the tabloid reports that the duo were both in “great moods” and didn’t have “any cares in the world” at the soiree. “The Giudice's joked around with their friends and family as they ate cake and celebrated their last days of freedom,” said the site.
