RTTNews - Thailand's consumer confidence rose for the second straight month in July, the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce said Thursday.

The consumer confidence index rose to 73.4 from 72.5 in June. A reading below 100 suggests that pessimists outnumber optimists.

The consumer confidence survey that participated more than 2,000 people found that the public is still concerned about political uncertainties.
