During early Asian deals on Friday, the Thai baht slipped to 35.5350 against the US dollar. The near term support level for the Thailand currency is seen at 35.67. The dollar-baht pair was worth 35.4750 at yesterday's close.

Today, Thailand will provide foreign reserves data for the week ending April 3. Analysts are calling for an increase of 117.2 percent on year following the 116.4 percent annual gain in the previous week.
