Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky are still together and have no plans to separate despite rumors.

A source close to the couple reportedly told Gossip Cop that they are still together and that the rumors are wrong. The rumors started swirling when Australian magazine Woman’s Day claimed that friends of the couple are reportedly afraid that their relationship is ending soon. The magazine also stated that Hemsworth and Pataky are already living separately.

“They’ve decided they needed space, and they’ve been taking a little break from each other,” the source told the magazine. The insider added that the two “have some issues that need to be sorted out. It has raised a few eyebrows among their friends.”

Hemsworth has also refuted the rumors. He took to Instagram to clear the air. Posting a photo of him and his wife while on board a boat, Hemsworth said: “Looking for a new wife according to @womansdayaus and other misleading outlets! Honey you still love me right?! @elsapatakyconfidential #thanksfortheheadsup.”

Hemsworth has always been open about his admiration and love for his wife. In an interview with TV Week early this year, the “Thor: Ragnarok” actor gushed about Pataky, saying he always finds “something different” about the actress and something that would make him love her more. Describing his relationship with Pataky, Hemsworth said it “continues to grow, which is a great thing.”

Hemsworth and Pataky met in 2010. They were introduced by a mutual friend. Just three months after their meeting, the two tied the knot while on vacation in Indonesia. Hemsworth said that, much like the start of their relationship, their wedding was very spontaneous. The “Thor” actor said their families were available to go on holiday at that time, so they saw it as the perfect opportunity to formalize things.

The couple has three kids together: India, 3, and twins Tristan and Sasha, 2.
