In a Shocking event, Editor of Time magazine, Mark Halperin said that President Obama was being kind of a d**k, on the live Morning Joe show on MSNBC on Thursday.

Taken aback by Halperin's comment, the show host said, What are you doing? I can't belive...I was joking! Don't do that...did we delay that? in utter disbelief. Halperin later apologized.
