Tobey Maguire has just listed his $2.995 million Spanish-style estate in Santa Monica, California.

The breaking real estate news follows the recent news the "Spider-Man" actor and his wife, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, split after nine years of marriage.

Trulia says the 1920s bungalow boasts 2,401 square feet, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, hardwood floors an abundance of natural light thanks to the large doors and windows. There is also a separate 1,200-square-foot studio designed by Koning Eizenberg Architecture and a third structure on the property is currently serving as a gym.

Maguire bought the home just last year for $2.675 million. The actor worked with architect Ruben, adding a second story and raising the ceiling to 22 feet. A seasoned house flipper, Maguire recently sold the $10.25 million Los Angeles estate he shared with his then-wife in 2015.

The 41-year-old also owns a $10 million vacant lot in the LA suburb of Brentwood.

The listing agent is Scott King of Compass.
