Broadway ticket sales don’t frequently sizzle in the summertime, but the marketing of several shows on the Great White Way in New York may be set afire by their successes at the American Theatre Wing’s 67th annual Tony Awards show Sunday.

Big winners at the star-studded affair at Radio City Music Hall included “Kinky Boots” as best musical, “Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike” as best play, “Pippin” as best revival of a musical and “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” as best revival of a play.
