Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corp. (AMCF) surged 16.93 percent to $6.70 in the after-market trading. The company's third quarter earnings were $2.6 million or 27 cents a share, up from $1.5 million or 25 cents a share last year. Revenue rose 78.5 percent to $57.5 million. Analyst expected profit of 18 cents a share on revenue of $32.30 million.

Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CPIX) soared 14.78 percent to $7.92 in the after-hours session. The company's third quarter profit was $1 million or 5 cents a share, down from $1.3 million or 7 cents a share last year. Revenue declined to $12.2 million from $13.6 million. Analysts had expected profit of 1 cent a share on revenue of $10.97 million.

Cumberland increased its fiscal 2010 revenue guidance to $43 million to $45 million range from previous forecast of $42 million to $43 million. The Street expects revenue of $43.07 million.

Finisar Corp. (FNSR) rose 13.39 percent to $20.33 in the after-market trading. The company expects second quarter adjusted profit of 41 cents to 43 cents a share. The company increased its revenue guidance to range of $240 million to $241 million from previous forecast of $215 million to $230 million. Analysts expect profit of 34 cents a share on revenue of $223.67 million.

Finisar anticipates third quarter revenue of $247 million to $262 million, higher than analysts forecast of $231.46 million.

BSquare expects fourth quarter revenue of $26 million to $28 million. The company expects improvement in profitability for the fourth quarter provided it does not take an impairment charge relative to its TestQuest intangible assets.

Stereotaxis Inc. (STXS) gained 9.04 percent to $3.98 in the after-hours trading. The company said it has priced the public offering of 4 million common shares at $3.65 a share. The company expects the offering to close on November 16.

Tandy Brands Accessories Inc. (TBAC) increased 6.76 percent to $3 in the after-market trading. The company's first quarter loss was $2.7 million or 38 cents a share, compared to profit of $182,000 or 3 cents a share last year. Sales declined to $29.2 million from $37.2 million.

Tandy Brands expects fiscal 2011 net sales to decline by mid-single digits, gross margins to decline slightly, and its SG&A expenses to be between $44 million and $46 million.

EDAP TMS SA (EDAP) rose 6.35 percent to $3.18 in the after-hours session.

Rex Energy Corp. (REXX) moved up 5.47 percent to $12.72 in the after-market trading.
