The top after-market NASDAQ stock market gainers are: Arena Pharmaceuticals, Rudolph Technologies, Ossen Innovation, Tibco Software, YRC Worldwide, Keynote Systems, Mindspeed Technologies, Exceed Company, ARM Holdings, and Ener1.

Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ARNA) advanced 9.80 percent to $2.24 in the after-market trading. The company said its chief executive officer Jack Lief will host a conference call on Dec. 22 at 8:30 am Eastern time to provide update following the completion of an end-of-review meeting with FDA for the lorcaserin new drug application.

Rudolph Technologies Inc. (RTEC) surged 7.37 percent to $8.45 in the after-hours session.

Ossen Innovation Co., Ltd. (OSN) soared 5.88 percent to $4.50 in the after-market trading. The company said it priced initial public offering of 5 million American Depositary Shares, or ADSs, each representing one ordinary share, at $4.50 per ADS. The offering is expected to close on Dec. 23.

Ossen Innovation said it would use the net proceeds of about $19.6 million for construction costs associated with the extension of the company's current facility for the purchase and installation of eight new production lines for coated prestressed materials.

Tibco Software, Inc. (TIBX) jumped 5.00 percent to $22.24 in the after-hours session. The company's fourth quarter adjusted profit was $53.8 million or 31 cents a share, up from $39.2 million or 23 cents a share last year. Revenue rose to $241.2 million from $195.6 million. Analysts had expected profit of 28 cents a share on revenue of $228.44 million.

Tibco Software said its board of directors has authorized a new share repurchase program pursuant to which the company may repurchase up to $300 million of its outstanding common stock. The program replaces the company's previous $300 million share repurchase program, under which about $159 million was still remaining.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) climbed 4.31 percent to $3.87 in the after-market trading. The company said it amended its credit agreement and asset-backed securitization facility to extend extend the deferral of credit agreement interest and fees through mid-May 2011 and interest and fees under the ABS facility through May 31, 2011.

YRC Worldwide said the amendment requires the company to reach an agreement in principal to recapitalize its balance sheet by Feb. 28, complete final documentation by Mar. 15 and close by May 13.

Keynote Systems Inc. (KEYN) improved 3.98 percent to $15.69 in the after-hours session.

Mindspeed Technologies Inc. (MSPD) grew 3.69 percent to $5.90 in the after-market trading.

Exceed Company Ltd. (EDSWW) gained 3.59 percent to $3.73 in the after-hours session.

ARM Holdings plc (ARMH) increased 3.29 percent to $20.43 in the after-market trading. Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) plans to unveil a version of its operating software that runs for the first time on processors designed by UK-based ARM Holdings, the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg reported. ARM's processors dominate the tablet and handheld device market.

Ener1, Inc. (HEV) rose 2.91 percent to $4.24 in the after-hours session.
