The top after-market NASDAQ stock market losers are: China Natural Gas, Rightnow Technologies, Netlist, Limelight Networks, Sinovac Biotech, Amedisys, Cray, RINO International, Ebix, and Arbinet.

China Natural Gas, Inc. (CHNG) lost 5.19 percent to $5.30 in the after-market session. The company's third quarter earnings were $3.6 million or 17 cents a share, down from $4.6 million or 29 cents a share last year. Revenue rose 10.9 percent to $22.3 million. Analysts had expected profit of 24 cents a share on revenue of $24.3 million.

China Natural Gas now expects to generate total revenue of $84 million and net income of $16 million for the full year 2010, decreased from the guidance issued in the first quarter 2010. Analysts expect profit of 91 cents a share on revenue fo $95 million.

Rightnow Technologies Inc. (RNOW) plunged 4.71 percent to $25.50 in the after-hours trading. The company said it plans to offer $125 million of convertible senior notes due 2030. RightNow plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include financing potential acquisitions and strategic transactions, and working capital.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) plummeted 4.53 percent to $2.74 in the after-market session. The company's third quarter loss widened to $4.94 million or 20 cents a share from $2.09 million or 11 cents a share last year. Sales rose to $10.57 million from $6.45 million. Analysts had expected a loss of 18 cents a share on revenue of $10.49 million.

Limelight Networks, Inc. (LLNW) fell 3.98 percent to $6.51 in the after-hours trading. The brokerage firm Oppenheimer downgraded Limelight to 'underperform' from 'perform' on a change in the dynamics of the web content delivery market as Netflix Inc. (NFLX) had picked Level 3 Communications Inc. (LVLT) as a primary content-delivery network.

Sinovac Biotech Ltd. (SVA) dropped 3.62 percent to $4.26 in the after-market session. The company's third quarter loss was $297,559 or 1 cent a share, compared to profit of $5.23 million or 12 cents a share last year. Sales declined 55 percent to $9.55 million. Analysts had expected profit of 2 cents a share on revenue of $9.53 million.

Sinovac Biotech reconfirmed its revised total 2010 sales expectations of about $40 million to $45 million, while analysts forecast $49.46 million.

Amedisys Inc. (AMED) tumbled 2.34 percent to $27.50 in the after-hours trading.

Cray Inc. (CRAY) declined 2.23 percent to $6.25 in the after-market session.

RINO International Corp. (RINO) decreased 1.99 percent to $7.40 in the after-hours trading. The company's third quarter profit was $8.8 million or 31 cents a share, down from $17.1 million or 68 cents a share last year. Revenue declined 16.7 percent to $52.7 million. Analysts had expected profit of 42 cents a share on revenue of $55.46 million.

RINO lowered its fiscal 2010 revenue guidance to range of $203 million to $211 million from previous forecast of $221 million to $229 million. Analysts expect revenue of $222.99 million. Affected by reform and contracting cash flows in the iron & steel industry in China, the company is expecting softer demand for its services in the immediate future.

Ebix Inc. (EBIX) fell 1.86 percent to $21.15 in the after-market session.

Arbinet Corp. (ARBX) moved down 1.81 percent to $7.05 in the after-hours trading.
