Dish Network Corp. (DISH) lost 4.62 percent to $17.97 in the after-hours trading.

Columbia Laboratories Inc. (CBRX) plunged 3.67 percent to $2.10 in the after-market session.

Finisar Corp. (FNSR) plummeted 3.65 percent to $28.76 in the after-hours trading. The company said it has agreed to sell 3.6 million shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Net proceeds from the offering to be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

VeriSign Inc. (VRSN) slid 2.58 percent to $33.25 in the after-market session.

ICAgen Inc. (ICGN) fell 2.36 percent to $2.07 in the after-hours trading. The company said Seth Hetherington, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, will be leaving the company at the end of the year. Following his departure, Greg Rigdon, Vice President, New Product Development, will assume leadership responsibility for the company's clinical development efforts.

ICAgen is planning to submit the results of its recently completed studies of ICA-105665 along with a proposed protocol for the further clinical development of the compound for epilepsy to the FDA. The company remains on track to complete this submission within the next few weeks.

Sourcefire, Inc. (FIRE) dropped 2.05 percent to $24.40 in the after-market session. The company announced the completion of two fourth quarter Global Partner Advisory Council meetings in Las Vegas and Lisbon.
