VOXX International Corporation (VOXX) shares gained 17.24 percent to $9.18 in post-market trading.  The shares gained after the company announced sharp increases in sales and earnings during its third quarter, exceeding analysts’ expectations and reaffirmed its fiscal 2013 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $61 million.

PriceSmart Inc (PCMT) shares advanced 6.20 percent to $82.70 in post-market trading. The company reported first quarter earnings of $20 million, or 66 cents per share, for the quarter ending Nov. 30 against analysts’ estimation of 62 cents per share.  Net warehouse club sales for the quarter rose 11.8 percent. Net sales for the month of December increased 11.6 percent
