Gainers

Semtech Corporation (SMTC) shares climbed 8.11 percent to $26.94 in post-market trading. The company announced robust third quarter results and provided guidance for the fourth quarter in line with the analysts’ estimates. The company expects that the net sales will be in the range of $146.0 million to $152.0 million and non-GAAP earnings in the range of $0.41 to $0.45 per diluted share in line with the analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.43 per share.

Coldwater Creek Inc (CWTR) shares gained 3.70 percent to $4.28 in post-market trading. The company announced that its co-founder, chairman of the board and chief executive officer, Dennis Pence, will retire as CEO of the company effective Dec. 31, 2012 and its president and chief merchandising officer, Jill Brown Dean, will replace Pence as president and chief executive officer.

Incyte Corporation (INCY) shares rose 3.02 percent to $18.06 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week trading range of $11.91 - $26.30 and a market capitalization of 131.21 million.
