In regular trading, the stock fell 4.22 percent to $13.61 after a Commerce Department report showed annualized new-home sales rose 5.5 percent in November to a seasonally adjusted 290,000, below the analysts’ expectations of 303,000.

Lennar Corp (NYSE:LEN) shares advanced 4.21 percent to $18.94 in the aftermarket trading session on Thursday. The stock declined 4.17 percent to $18.17 in the regular trading session following a weaker than expected report on New home sales.
