The company reported fourth quarter adjusted net income of $13.3 million or $0.12 per share against analysts’ estimation of $0.07 per share. The company also expects fiscal 2012 revenues to be in a range of $840 to $860 million against analysts’ estimation of $828.19 million.

Cincinnati Bell Inc. (CBB) shares surged 4.62 percent to $3.85 in post market trading session. Its fourth quarter net loss widened to $33.0 million or $0.17 per share from $21.2 million or $0.11 per share in the same quarter a year-earlier.
