Pandora Media Inc. (P) shares slumped 21.93 percent to $11.14 ion aftermarket trading session as its fourth quarter earnings and first quarter earnings guidance fell short of expectations. The company reported fourth quarter adjusted net loss of $4.7 million or $0.03 per share compared to loss of $0.9 million or $0.01 per share in the same period a year-earlier and against analysts’ estimation of loss of $0.02 per share.

For the first quarter, the company expects adjusted net loss to be in a range of $0.18 to $0.21 per share on revenues of $72 to $75 million compared to analysts’ estimation of loss of $0.02 per share on revenue of $86.58 million.

Aircastle Ltd. (AYR) shares plunged 4.42 percent to $12.99 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced Tuesday that it was informed by funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group LLC that such funds are offering 5,000,000 common shares pursuant to Aircastle's shelf registration statement which was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
