Foot Locker Inc. (NYSE:FL) shares surged 9.16 percent to $24.30 in aftermarket trading session. Its first quarter net income surged to $94 million or $0.60 per share compared to $54 million or $0.34 per share in the same quarter a year-ago.

Zuoan Fashion Ltd. (NYSE:ZA) shares gained 7.56 percent to $5.46 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported first quarter net income of $0.07 per share compared to $0.04 per share in the same quarter last year.

Salesforce.com Inc. (NYSE:CRM) shares surged 7.41 percent to $145.87 in post market trading session as the company reported better-than-expected first quarter earnings and raised its fiscal 2012 earnings guidance. For fiscal 2012, the company expects earnings to be in the range of $1.30 to $1.32 per share on $2.15 billion to $2.17 billion revenue compared to its prior guidance of $1.24 to $1.27 per share on revenue of $2.075 billion to $2.1 billion revenue.

Aeropostale Inc. (NYSE:ARO) shares plunged 10.68 in aftermarket trading session. Its first quarter net income declined to $16.4 million or $0.20 per share from $45.4 million or $0.48 per share in the same quarter last year.
