Black Hills Corp. (BKH) shares surged 3.80 percent to $37.12 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $30.29, a 52-week high of $37.00 and $1.58 billion in market capitalization.

Chico's FAS, Inc. (CHS) shares surged 3.18 percent to $18.48 in post-market trading. The analysts at FBR Capital Wednesday downgraded shares of CHS to a “market perform” rating from an “outperform” rating with a price target of $18.00.

Covidien Plc. (COV) shares advanced 2.95 percent to $57.97 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $44.52, a 52-week high of $60.81 and $26.66 billion in market capitalization.

Oxford Resource Partners LP (OXF) shares rose 2.21 percent to $4.40 in post-market trading. The company’s stock plunged 4 percent in regular trading.

Box Ships Inc. (TEU) shares gained 2 percent to $4.09 in post-market trading. The company stock was reiterated with an “equal weight” rating at Barclays Capital earlier this week.
