The company announced Monday that Gordon Gray, a member of the Board of Directors of BPZ has decided to resign from the Board and from all positions with the company's subsidiaries for personal reasons, effective June 27, 2012.

Endeavor International Corp. (END) shares surged 6.51 percent to $9.00 in post market trading.

InvenSense, Inc. (INVN) shares surged 3.64 percent to $11.38 in pre-market trading. The company stock declined nearly 3 percent in regular trading.
