The top after-market NYSE gainers Thursday were Centrais Electricas Brasileiras, Seadrill Partners, Boyd Gaming Corp, Millennial Media and CommonWealth REIT. The top after-market NYSE losers were Vonage Holdings, Rose Rock Midstream, Belden Inc, Saks Inc and Gamestop Corp.

Gainers

Centrais Electricas Brasileiras SA (NYSE:EBR) shares surged 3.51 percent to $3.54 in post-market trading after climbing more than 9 percent in regular trading.

Seadrill Partners LLC (NYSE:SDLP) stock gained 1.98 percent to $28.30 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $22.90, a 52-week high of $29.88 and $1.15 billion in market capitalization.

Boyd Gaming Corp. (NYSE:BYD) shares gained 1.57 percent to $8.40 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 4 percent in regular trading.

Millennial Media Inc. (NYSE:MM) shares advanced 1.42 percent to $6.44 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $6.26, a 52-week high of $27.90 and $502.81 million in market capitalization.

CommonWealth REIT (NYSE:CWH) shares advanced 1.38 percent to $22.75 in post-market trading. The company confirmed Thursday that it has received an unsolicited and non-binding indication of interest from Corvex Management LP and Related Fund Management LLC to acquire up to 100 percent of the outstanding shares of CommonWealth for $24.50 per share.

Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE:VG) shares slumped 3.81 percent to $2.78 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.63, a 52-week high of $2.92 and $618.76 million in market capitalization.

Rose Rock Midstream LP (NYSE:RRMS) shares plunged 2.93 percent to $38.49 in post-market trading. The company stock surged more than 4.5 percent in regular trading.

Belden Inc. (NYSE:BDC) shares fell 2.92 percent to $50.14 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $29.65, a 52-week high of $53.24 and $2.28 billion in market capitalization.

Saks Inc. (NYSE:SKS) shares declined 1.92 percent to $11.25 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $9.24, a 52-week high of $12.14 and $1.72 billion in market capitalization.

Gamestop Corp. (NYSE:GME) shares declined 1.91 percent to $27.44 in post-market trading. The stock climbed more than 5 percent in regular trading after the company announced better-than-expected fourth quarter results. Its fourth quarter adjusted net profit rose to $262.3 million or $2.16 per share from $239.5 million or $1.73 per share in the same period last year and also topped Reuters' estimate of $2.09 per share.
