Red Hat, Inc. (RHT) shares climbed 6.99 percent to $56.29 in post-market trading. The company reported the third quarter net profit of $34.8 million or $0.18 per share, down from $38.2 million or $0.19 per share in the same period last year. Revenue rose 18 percent to $343.6 million from $290.0 million last year and also topped Reuters’ estimate of $337.97 million.

CarMax Inc. (KMX) shares climbed 5.35 percent to $40.00 in post-market trading. Its third quarter net income surged to $94.68 million or $0.41 per share from $82.11 million or $0.36 per share in the same quarter last year and also topped the analysts’ estimate of $0.39 per share.

Nike Inc. (NKE) shares surged 4.75 percent to $103.70 in post-market trading. Its second quarter income from continuing operations rose to $521 million or $1.14 per share from $480 million or $1.03 per share in the same period last year.

Navigant Consulting Inc. (NCI) shares rose 3.26 percent to $11.40 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $9.47, a 52-week high of $14.62 and $564.75 million in market capitalization.

Losers

Accuride Corp. (ACW) shares declined 2.77 percent to $3.13 in post-market trading. The company announced Thursday that it had reached an agreement with Cetus Capital and certain of its affiliates that provides, among other things, for the appointment of a Cetus designee, expected to be Robert E.
